Shaun McDuffee has been involved in real estate and real estate development since 1984.
He and his partners have bought an sold many apartment buildings in KS, MN, WI, IL, AZ and TX. McDuffee is
also an owner in a successful chain of restaurants in the midwest- Majors Sports Cafe. Shaun studied
Business at the University of Wisconsin and uses this education in finding, operating and managing investment properties and
businesses. Shaun brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development and property management.

Scott Hamele has owned, maintained and managed residential and commercial properties
since 1991. Prior to that, Scott was involved in his families real estate investment business as a youth.
Hamele studied Engineering at the University of Kansas and uses his education in the refurbishing and remodeling of multi-family
and single family housing as well as commercial properties. Scott also owned his own commercial construction company
in 1990's and currently is President of Construction DesignWorks, LLC a residential and commercial general contractor loacated in KC. Hamele has been honored with countless awards including
"Associated Builders & Contractors" award for Tenant Finish Construction Projects and "The
Presidents Awards" from the Shawnee Rotary Club. Scott was also appointed by the County Commissioners
to be a founding member of the Johnson County Kansas Contractors Licensing Review Board. Hamele brings
over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction, remodeling and property management.
